We are pleased to currently offer free of charge delivery across Hereford 🧡

2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email, along with delivery details if applicable.

3. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact us at hello@fatboy-bakes.co.uk, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right!

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 24 hours of receipt at hello@fatboy-bakes.co.uk with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange for a replacement or a partial refund as appropriate.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are offered for:

Products that arrive damaged or spoiled due to shipping delays.
Incorrect items sent in your order. Refunds are not available for reasons outside of our control, such as personal taste or ordering the wrong item.

3. Cancellations
You may be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been baked. To cancel, please contact us directly at hello@fatboy-bakes.co.uk. Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
