Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

Do you have options for dietary restrictions?

How large are your “supersized” treats?

Our treats are larger-than-life! Each item varies, but our cakes, cookies, and brownies are made to be extra generous in size, perfect for sharing or indulging on your own. Specific dimensions can be found in the product descriptions.
Can I order in bulk for events or corporate gifting?

Yes! We’d be thrilled to bake for your special event or provide treats for corporate gifting. Contact us with your requirements, and we’ll work with you to create the perfect order.
Do you offer seasonal or limited-edition items?

Absolutely! We love keeping things fun and fresh, so look out for seasonal bakes and limited-edition items on our menu throughout the year.
How far in advance should I place an order?

We recommend ordering at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially for custom orders. But if you’re in a hurry, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help!
What’s your return or refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we can't accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right!
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We understand plans change! For most orders, cancellations or changes can be made within 24 hours of ordering. For custom orders, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
